Create Notifications
Go to Notifications -> Add New
Set the Publish and Expiry Dates. This will determine when the Notification will be visible to/from. Once the expiry date passes, the notification will no longer be visible.
Uncheck both Brandz App and Widget World, as this functionality is not currently integrated correctly on those platforms.
Select which user groups you would like the notification to be visible to. Recommend always adding MybrandzX HQ so we can see the notifications in our own logins and check they are displaying correctly.
Give the Notification a Title. This will be what displays in the notification screen and as the heading of the popup in the app.
Choose your Notification Type:
Text – for simple text/information. You can do basic text formatting with font size, colour and standard bold/italic/underline etc
Text and Image – Allows an image to be placed at the head of the popup in the app. Good for ads and directing to pages. Video – This enable you to insert Youtube video. To do so, all you need to enter is the video ID… so, if the link is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNrpbN0KzFI&feature=youtu.be, the ID will be the random letters after the v=… so in this example, all you would enter is NNrpbN0KzFI The video will display in the app within the popup modal
Survey – this is currently not functioning.
Enter your content. You can also insert buttons to direct people to pages within the app, similar to App Pages.
