Assigning a Rep to a Retailer

  1. Login to the required Wholesaler Dashboard and find the specific Retailer you would like to assign a Rep

  2. Click the EDIT button next to the Retailer

  3. If the Rep isn't already in the system, add the Rep

  4. Click the dropdown next to Representative and choose your Rep This will automatically add the Rep's email address next to the Order Email Address field, meaning all Order emails will now go to the Rep as default. You may enter additional email addresses here if required

  5. SAVE
