How to Add Reps

OPTION ONE - Wholesaler Dashboard

  1. Once logged in to a specific Wholesaler Dashboard, go to Representatives -> Add New

  2. Enter Details and SAVE

This will automatically assign the Rep to the Wholesaler whose Dashboard you are logged in to. i.e. Login to Brisbane Dashboard and create a rep, that Rep will be assigned to the Brisbane User Group.

OPTION TWO - PMS Admin

  1. Go to Users -> Individual Users -> Add New

  2. Enter Name, Email Address and User Group (the User Group will determine which Dashboard they get assigned to)

  3. Set Default Role to Representative

  4. Toggle Access To Brandz App and Widget World to NO for now

  5. Also toggle Restrict Device ID to NO

  6. Set Subscription start date and expiry if required

  7. Set Password and SAVE

This option might be useful if converting a user that already exists in the system from a regular user to a Rep.

To convert, just update the Default Role within the user.
